随着社会主义市场经济制度的建立,人力资源管理模式正发生着深刻的变化,员工考核作为人力资源管理的重要部分,必然要随着社会的发展而变化,以适应社会的发展。首先介绍考核程序、功能和标准,然后分析评价者为什么必须要做到公平、公正,最后再提出了地勘单位必须注意考核结果应及时的反馈和诺言兑现,要让考核成为有效的激励动力。
With the establishment of a socialist market economy, human resource management models are undergoing profound changes.
