“5·12”汶川大地震给震区的大部分基础设施都带来了毁灭性破坏,电力设施损失惨重,在供电企业的及时奋力抢修下,灾区电力设施已大部分修复,恢复了供电。但配合灾区重建的电网建设工程,还任重道远。
