目的了解医护人员手卫生状况,以便有针对性提出改进措施。方法采样监测某院临床重点科室医护人员一般手卫生和手消毒质量。结果 2010年监测合格率为89.52%,通过各种措施整改后,2011年监测合格率上升为94.72%。结论严格执行消毒隔离制度,加强医护人员的培训和监督,能有效提高手卫生质量。
Objective To understand the hand hygiene status of medical staff in order to put forward some improvement measures. Methods Samples were collected to monitor the general hand hygiene and hand disinfection quality of medical staffs in clinical departments of a hospital. Results The monitoring qualified rate in 2010 was 89.52%. After rectification through various measures, the monitoring qualified rate in 2011 increased to 94.72%. Conclusion Strict implementation of disinfection and isolation system to strengthen the training and supervision of health care workers, can effectively improve the quality of hand hygiene.
