扭力轴电阻加热无氧化淬火工艺是产品热处理技术的一项新工艺。此工艺属快速加热。它具有加热速变快,淬火硬度均匀,设备简单,无功损耗少,生产率高,成本低,节电等特点。本文扼要地介绍了74扭力轴电阻加热原理,各项工艺参数的确定方法,加热设备和工夹具的设计,工艺措施及操作中应注意的各项问题。并就电阻加热淬火与其它电加热淬火的区别、效果及应用中的一些问题进行了初步的探讨和分析。
Torque shaft resistance heating non-oxidation quenching process is a new product heat treatment technology. This process is rapid heating. It has the heating speed faster, uniform quenching hardness, simple equipment, reactive power loss, high productivity, low cost, energy-saving features. This article briefly introduces the principle of 74 torsion shaft resistance heating, the determination of various process parameters, the design of heating equipment and fixture, the technical measures and the problems that should be noticed in the operation. And the difference between the resistance heating quenching and other electric heating quenching, the effect and application of some of the issues discussed and analyzed.
