布鲁菌病(Bmcellosis)是由布鲁菌属的细菌侵人机体后引起传染-变态反应性人畜共患的传染病~([1])。人类及家畜、动物普遍易感,人感染后很容易转为难以治愈的慢性患者,动物则易造成流产和不孕。布鲁菌病是《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》中规定的乙类传染病,也被列为《家畜家禽防疫条例实施细则》中二类动物疫病之首。2014年8月,浙江省嘉兴市南湖区大桥镇某村发生一起因为饲养过程中密切接触病羊而引起感染的家庭聚集性布鲁菌病疫情,共报告4例实验室诊断病例。本文报道相关调查情况。
Bmcellosis is an infectious-allergic zoonotic infection caused by bacteria of the genus Brucella ([1]). Humans and livestock, animals are generally susceptible to infection, it is easy to turn into difficult to cure chronic patients, animals are likely to cause miscarriage and infertility. Brucellosis is a type B infectious disease stipulated in the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and is also listed as the first of two categories of animal diseases in the Implementing Regulations of the Poultry Poultry Prevention Regulations. In August 2014, a total of 4 laboratory diagnosed cases of family brucellosis were reported in a village of Daqiao Town, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, due to close contact with sick sheep during feeding. This article reports the relevant investigation.
