6月3日,福建省政府正式批准福建九州集团股份有限公司按照建立现代企业制度的要求,进行综合商社试点。试点目标是:建成以贸易为主业,集贸、工、技、金融、信息等功能为一体的国际化、实业化、多元化、集团化的综合贸易公司。这是我省加快国有企业改革步伐,实施大企业战略,以求经济上规模上档次的一项重大举措,也是九州集团寻找新的经济增长点,开始第二次创业的战略抉择。
On June 3, the Fujian Provincial Government formally approved Fujian Jiuzhou Group Co., Ltd. to carry out comprehensive commercial company pilots in accordance with the requirements for establishing a modern enterprise system. The pilot objective is to establish an integrated trading company that focuses on trade, industry, technology, finance, and information as an integrated, international, industrialized, diversified, and collectivized company. This is a major measure taken by our province to speed up the pace of reforming state-owned enterprises, implement a strategy for large enterprises, and seek economic scale, and it is also a strategic choice for the Jiuzhou Group to seek new economic growth points and start its second venture.
