表面波型电机是采用全新的运动机理,完全不同于由磁场获得转矩的电磁式电机的概念,应用压电效应产生的在表面传播的弹性波作为驱动源,运用不同的“力”的传递方式形成旋转运动机构或线性运动机构,并具有结构简单,小型轻量,效率高等优点。本文着重介绍了这种全新机构的表面波型电机的驱动原理,详细地阐述了旋转型表面波电机和线性型表面波电机的各种结构形式,并简略地介绍了这类电机的几种应用。
