子宫内膜样间质肉瘤(又称子宫外子宫内膜间质肉瘤,EESS)作为一种不常见肿瘤,在女性中发病年龄范围较广;该肿瘤位于子宫外,临床表现无妇科症状和体征,混杂性的组织学特征可能会带来诊断困难。在本研究中,该作者研究了21年间的63例子宫内膜样间质肉瘤的临床病理特征。患者年龄范围在27~87岁(中位年龄50岁)。最常见的症状和体征是腹部或盆腔包块、疼痛、阴道流血和胃肠症状。肿瘤大小范围1.2~24.5cm。常见累及部位:卵巢(25例)、小肠壁(28例)、腹部/腹膜
Endometrioid stromal sarcoma (also known as extra-uterine endometrial stromal sarcoma, EESS) as an uncommon tumor, the incidence in women a wide range of age; the tumor is located outside the uterus, the clinical manifestations of gynecological symptoms and signs , Mixed histological features may cause diagnostic difficulties. In this study, the authors studied the clinicopathological features of 63 endometrioid stromal sarcomas over a 21-year period. Patients ranged in age from 27 to 87 years (median age 50 years). The most common symptoms and signs are abdominal or pelvic mass, pain, vaginal bleeding and gastrointestinal symptoms. Tumor size range of 1.2 ~ 24.5cm. Common sites involved: ovary (25 cases), small intestine wall (28 cases), abdomen / peritoneum
