铍青铜是含有铜、铍和镍元素的三元合金,经热处理后能大幅度提高强度、硬度和弹性极限,常被用于罗盘、钟表及特殊用途的弹簧、轴承等精密防磁零件中。铍青铜的热处理分为固溶处理和时效两个步骤。固溶处理的温度因化学成分的不同大都控制在780~960℃之间。由于铍青铜在高温下极易氧化,冷却时容易脱溶,所以给热处理操作带来了很大的困难。根据国内有关资料介绍,铍青铜固溶处理均采用氨气、氩气炉加热。在
