目的:建立目舒丸的定性定量方法。方法:采用TLC对目舒丸中白芍、延胡索进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC对目舒丸中芍药苷进行含量测定,色谱条件为ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(15:85),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长230 nm,进样量10μL,柱温30℃。结果:白芍、延胡索乙素的TLC鉴别简便可靠。芍药苷在37.8~756 ng呈良好线性关系,平均回收率98.2%,RSD 1.4%。结论:建立的方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish qualitative and quantitative method of Mushu pill. Methods: The contents of paeoniflorin in Muxu pill were determined by TLC. The chromatographic conditions were ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) Phase acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water (15:85), flow rate 1.0 mL · min-1, detection wavelength 230 nm, injection volume 10 μL, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: TLC identification of peony root and tetrahydropalmatine was simple and reliable. Paeoniflorin in 37.8 ~ 756 ng showed a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 98.2%, RSD 1.4%. Conclusion: The established method is accurate, reliable and specific and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
