试验中设定了两种不同的养护温度,分别为室温与低温,并以增韧剂用量为变化因素,设计了三组配合比,分别研究两种固化温度下,增韧剂的掺量对结构胶胶体性能与粘接性能的影响。研究结果表明:固化温度对胶体性能有着至关重要的影响,随着固化温度的下降,胶体的性能下降为原来的40%~85%,但伸长率提高到原来的138%~184%。其次,胶体的拉伸剪切强度与伸长率在室温与低温两种环境下的变化是一致的,均随着增韧剂用量的增加先提高,后降低,当增韧剂用量为12%时,达到最高值。
