通过对近 6年四川省疾病监测点意外死亡的分析 ,了解居民意外死亡的主要原因及其影响因素 ,分析显示意外死亡率波动不大 ,维持在一个较高水平 ,占全死因第 4位。前 4位死因分别是交通事故、自杀、淹死、跌死。男性死亡率 >女性 ,以 0岁组及 70岁以上组的死亡率较高。排除意外死亡后的期望寿命 ,男性增加2 .0 8岁 ,女性增加 1.6 4岁
Through the analysis of accidental deaths at disease surveillance sites in Sichuan Province in the past 6 years, the main causes of accidental death among residents and their influencing factors were understood. The analysis showed that the unexpected mortality rate was not high and maintained at a relatively high level, which accounted for the 4th of all causes of death. The top four causes of death were traffic accidents, suicide, drowning, and death. The male mortality rate is higher than the female mortality rate in the 0-year-old group and the 70-year-old group. Excluding life expectancy after accidental death, males increased by 2.08 years and females increased by 1.6 years.
