通过调控ZM6镁合金的预时效时间,利用透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察析出相的形貌特征,对合金的双级时效行为进行研究。与单级时效相比,合金经双级时效后,能在轻微降低伸长率的情况下提高材料抗拉强度,此时合金的组织特征为细小β″相弥散的分布在α-Mg的基体上,这是由于预时效有助于形成更高密度G.P.区,进而为二级时效中β″相的析出提供更多的形核核心。
By controlling the pre-aging time of ZM6 magnesium alloy, the morphological characteristics of the precipitated phases were observed by transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and the two-stage aging behavior of the alloys was studied. Compared with the single-stage aging, the alloy can improve the tensile strength of the material with a slight reduction in elongation after being aged at two stages. The microstructure of the alloy is characterized by the small β “phase dispersed in the matrix of α-Mg , Which is due to the fact that pre-aging helps to form a higher-density GP region and thus provides more nucleation sites for the precipitation of β ”phases in secondary aging.
