隧道施工中多次发生塌方、掉块、初支变形,经过现场勘察,技术人员分析隧道的工程地质条件,采用了分段加固,完善既有初期支护、局部注浆加固、全断面加固、二衬加强、临时套拱、管棚、拱架施工、预留施工管道、泵送混凝土、吹沙等措施合理整治,成功通过了塌方段。针对塌方整治的难点,总结了处理和预防塌方的措施。
During the tunnel construction, landslides, lost blocks and initial branch deformation occurred several times. After the site survey, technicians analyzed the engineering geological conditions of the tunnels, adopted the sub-section reinforcement, improved the existing initial support, partial grouting and reinforcement, Second lining to strengthen the temporary arch, pipe sheds, arch construction, reserving the construction pipeline, pumping concrete, blowing sand and other measures to rationalize the rectification, successfully passed the landslide section. In view of the difficulty of land reclamation, the measures to deal with and prevent landslides are summarized.
