[目的]探讨地震伤员定点收治病区预防控制院内感染的措施。[方法]眼科5～6月期间收治的地震伤员病例,进行个案调查和相关科室人员调查。[结果]无1例工作人员和地震骨科伤员发生院内感染。[结论]通过有针对性的预防控制措施,地震伤员病区院内感染是可控可防的。
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the measures to prevent and control nosocomial infection in wounded area by wounded people. [Methods] The cases of earthquake wounded admitted from May to June in ophthalmology were investigated by case investigation and related departments. [Results] None of the staff members and the earthquake orthopedic wounded had nosocomial infection. [Conclusion] Through the targeted prevention and control measures, the nosocomial infection in the earthquake wounded area is controllable and preventable.
