简述了大型复杂螺旋曲面成形铣削刀具设计的基本原理和方法。提出了复杂螺旋曲面的工件计算直径dm、工件计算螺旋角βm、刀具安装角中心距α等工艺参数的选择方法,并给出了橡胶定子压胶心轴盘形铣刀廓形设计的应用实例。这一工艺参数确定方法解决了生产实践中的干涉、过切、畸变和失真等问题,能有效地提高产品的制造质量,有助于成形铣削技术的进一步成熟和完善。指出我国在对现有成形铣削机床进行经济性开环局部数控改造的同时,应尽量加快向半闭环成套数控技术转变和发展的步伐,以全面提高生产效率和产品质量。
The basic principle and method of designing large and complex helical surface milling cutter are briefly described. The method to choose the process parameters such as the diameter dm, the helical angle βm, the center distance α of the tool installation angle and so on is proposed. The application example of profile design of rubber stator mandrel disc cutter . The process parameter determination method solves the problems of interference, over-cutting, distortion and distortion in the production practice, can effectively improve the manufacturing quality of the product, and can help the further maturation and perfection of the forming and milling technology. It is pointed out that our country should speed up the transformation and development of the complete set of numerical control technology for semi-closed loop as much as possible to improve the production efficiency and product quality in an all-round way.
