应用异体脱矿骨对１２例病人进行创伤性眶底缺损的修复．在６－４３个月的观察随访中，８例进行了Ｘ片或ＣＴ检查，结果显示眶底和眶侧壁缺损为正常骨质所修复；临床检查复视和眼球下陷得到矫治，眼球运动功能无异常，无—例出现并发症．临床应用及结果表明，异体脱矿骨具有良好的组织相容性、诱导产生新骨及眶底骨缺损修复的能力，并具有使用方便、塑形容易等优点．因此认为，异体脱矿骨适用于创伤性眶底缺损的修复．
Application of allogeneic demineralized bone in 12 patients with traumatic orbital defect repair.
