青海省产权交易市场是1997年8月经青海省政府批准成立的,是青海省唯一一家省级产权交易机构。2008年3月重组后,在省国资委的大力支持下,针对青海省经济总量小、国有资产存量少、市场社会影响力不足的实际情况,青海省产权交易市场充分利用自身优势,积极探索创新,在业界首创了项目工作组制度和多品种的资产网络超市,并在内部管理方面建立了较为规范的项目操作制度.加强员工的廉洁自律意识,为反腐倡廉树起了一道坚固的屏障:同时积极引入公众的参与和监督,提高了项目进场交易率和竞价率,实现了国有资产大幅增值。青海省产权交易市场在重组后的两年时间内,在规范操作的基础上大胆创新,取得了喜人的成绩,现在多个部门的资产处置纷纷主动委托我们进场交易,市场呈现出良好发展态势。近两年完成各类资产交易项目115宗,总交易额达60亿元,其中国有资产交易额为28亿元;通过各种竞价方式成交项目109宗,竞价率高达94.78%。
