土地资源是人类赖以生存的生活资料,对其进行整治和管理关系到整个社会经济的发展和进步。对于土地资源相对缺乏的宁夏地区来说,土地资源整治中存在的诸多问题,严重制约了宁夏地区经济的快速发展。本文在对国土整治中的问题进行分析的基础上提出了些许法律上的建议,希望能为国土整治提供法律理论。
Land resources are the living materials for mankind to survive. The rectification and management of land resources are related to the development and progress of the entire society and economy. For the Ningxia area, where land resources are relatively scarce, many problems existing in land resource remediation seriously hampered the rapid economic development in Ningxia. Based on the analysis of the problems in land remediation, this article puts forward some legal suggestions, hoping to provide legal theory for land remediation.
