2016第五届中国—东盟音乐周于6月7至13日在广西南宁市举办。本届音乐周旨在推动中国民族音乐与东盟民族音乐的创造表演发展,搭建各国音乐团体间的互通机制,通过音乐家的交流研讨,建立一条音乐艺术的“丝绸之路”。作为继北京现代音乐节、上海当代音乐周之后的中国第三大新音乐交流平台,本届音乐周邀请到的来访国家、地区共25个,国内外来访专家、乐团总人数220人,其中,东盟各国音乐家120人,参加活动的国内院校20多所。在为期7天的时间内,举行了22场精品音乐会、3场高峰论坛、1场钢琴独奏作品比赛、1场当代音乐评论比赛、1场音乐理论研讨高端对话和5场大师班讲座。
2016 The 5th China-ASEAN Music Week was held in Nanning, Guangxi from June 7 to 13. The purpose of this Music Week is to promote the creation and performance of Chinese national music and ASEAN national music and to establish a mechanism of intercommunication among the various music groups in the country. Through the exchange and discussion of musicians, this Music Week will establish a “Silk Road ” for music art. As the third largest new music exchange platform in China after the Beijing Modern Music Festival and the Shanghai Contemporary Music Week, there are 25 visiting countries and regions invited by this Music Week. The total number of visiting experts and domestic or international delegations is 220, of which, 120 ASEAN musicians and more than 20 participating domestic institutions. During a period of seven days, 22 high-quality concerts, 3 summit forums, a piano solo competition, a contemporary music review competition, a music theory discussion high-end dialogue and five master classes were held.
