在我厂生产的M120w和M1420等内外圆磨床中,各导轨面及有精度要求的接触面都需要进行刮研,这种依靠人工刮研的工艺,消耗大量的劳动力,而且劳动强度极高,辅助时间也多,从产量质量上都不能适应批量生产的需要,同时,如何使工人从笨重的体力劳动中解放出来,必须进行工艺改革,老师傅们发扬了工人阶级当家作主的精神,发挥了集体智慧,进行技术革新,因陋就简制造成一台以磨代刮的圆盘磨床,解决了多年来的难题,在刮研工艺上来了一个革命,圆盘磨床外形如图1。
