The Third Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee comprehensively analyzed China’s economic situation and put forward guidelines for managing the economic environment, rectifying the economic order, and comprehensively deepening reforms. After a year of practice, it has proved to be very correct. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee and the Fifth Plenary Session reiterated this policy. It is believed that continuing to implement the principle of governing, rectifying, and deepening reforms is the fundamental way to overcome current economic difficulties and achieve sustainable, stable, and coordinated development of the national economy.
