目的 :研究黄芩茎叶总黄酮 (TF)对脑组织缺氧的保护作用。方法 :小鼠脑缺氧模型采用断头制备。过氧化脂质 (LPO)采用改良 TBA法测定 ,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- PX)活力采用化学比色法测定。结果 :黄芩茎叶总黄酮 2 0 0、40 0、80 0 mg· kg- 1显著延长小鼠断头后喘息持续时间 ,降低脑组织 LPO的含量 ,提高 GSH- PX活力 ,且呈一定的量效关系。结论 :黄芩茎叶总黄酮对脑组织缺氧有显著保护作用 ,其作用可能与抑制膜脂质过氧化物的含量和提高GSH- PX活力有关
Objective : To study the protective effect of total flavonoids (TF) from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis on brain tissue hypoxia. Methods : Mouse brain hypoxia model was prepared by decapitation. Lipid peroxide (LPO) was measured using the modified TBA method and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity was determined by chemical colorimetry. RESULTS: Total flavonoids in stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi 20,40,80,0 mg·kg-1 significantly prolonged the duration of wheezing in mice after decapitation, decreased the content of LPO in brain and increased the activity of GSH-PX, and showed a certain amount. Effect relationship. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi has a significant protective effect on brain hypoxia, and its effect may be related to the inhibition of membrane lipid peroxide content and increase of GSH-PX activity.
