1995年我厂为南京金陵炼油厂提供制造的空冷器管束翅片管,其钢管材料为工业钝钛TA1,管板采用的是TA1/16Mn复合板.石化空冷器是石化部门产品冷却的重要部件,为了保证产品的耐剧腐蚀性,空冷材料选用了钛材,由于石化空冷器中管-管板焊接接头经常处于交变载荷作用,除了在接头设计时考试其长期使用的安全性外,同时还要考虑其制造工艺性.钛是活性金属,特别是高温下与氧、氮、氢反应速度快,温度越高,时间越长,材料塑性降低越多.钛本身的性能决定了在管-管板焊接时,无论正面、背面,均应受到有效保护.否则将引起塑性下降,且更易受空气等杂质的沾污,进而使脆化程度增加.由于我厂产品结构形式的限制,正、背面管板接头不容易实现保护,针对上述情况,进行了焊接工艺试验.
