阮鴻莊的無賴流氓作風是和人民教師的光榮稱號不相容的

阮鴻莊又名阮景孟,江蘇淮安人,三十九歲,出身官僚地主家庭,個人教職員成份,一九五二年三月被招聘到熱河,分配到凌源中學任教,一九五二年調到承德師範學校任美術教師。阮鸿莊自到熱河省工作,表現就不好:不遵守國家政策法令,壓制學生,謾駡教師,經常和領導吵鬧;打擊諷刺工農子弟。由於上述情况,在凌源中學無法繼續工作,才調她到承德師範學校。其閒雖經過思想改造和各種社會改革運動,但她的惡劣思想作風,仍無絲毫改變;在承德師範二年以來,辱駡、壓制同學比從前更厲害了,甚至惡意報復,變相體罰學生。如:三年一班同學劉明生給她提過意見,雖然一舉期來劉明生的作業都是五分,學期末她却給劉明生評爲三分。全班同學意見紛紛,而她還說;「凡是給我提意見的人,將來在分數上找齊,我這樣作是叫你們覺悟覺悟,」在籌備「五一」展覽會時,有的同學到展覽室裏去,她駡同學:「你們滾出去,」三上三班趙正達給她提出意見,她上課就把他「尅」了二十分鐘。體、音、美組召集各班科代表會議徵求同學們的意见,同學們對她的課提了些意見,她對科代表大發雷霆,追問都是誰給她提的意見,而且不讓同學午睡,「訓」了一個午休,弄的科代表直哭。她還質問三年四班楊長恕說:「你反映的意見是誰說的?」楊回答:「全體同學們的意見。」她駡揚長恕是混蛋,楊長恕被她駡哭了。後來有些老師把楊長恕勸走了,她還追着要打。有一次,她辱駡初二第二班學生楊志新,還拉着他找校長,到了校長門口,用手使勁一推,把楊 Ruan Hongzhuang, also known as Ruan Jingmeng, was born in Huai’an, Jiangsu Province.
