麻黄素滴鼻液是广泛应用的鼻血管收缩剂,但应用不当会致药物性鼻炎的产生,给靠局部用药为主的鼻部疾病的治疗带来一定的困难。理想的药物必须利于鼻粘膜形态和功能的恢复,消除疾病而毒副作用小。我们对原1％麻黄素滴鼻液的处方进行了改进,临床反应新方滴鼻液耐受性好,疗效佳,与原配方相比有显著性差异(P < 0.05)。现将处方,配法及疗效观察介绍如下。
Ephedrine nasal drops are widely used nasal vasoconstrictors, but improper application will lead to the emergence of drug-induced rhinitis, to the local drug-based treatment of nasal diseases bring some difficulties.
