由于国家的不断改革、不断发展,农村人口也逐年加快的进行城镇化,因此,大面积的农房直接成为了拆迁目标,本文主要分析农村房屋拆迁过程中容易发生职务犯罪的环节,查看近几年关于农村房屋拆迁的重要案例,以检察机关职务犯罪预防的职能作用为基础,创新社会管理的同时化解其矛盾,总结出农村房屋拆迁过程中职务犯罪预防工作不足之处;国家实行农村人口城镇化这一变革不仅使城市化进程得到有效的开展,更是使农村社会得到和谐稳定的发展。但是近年来,拆迁官员职务犯罪、暴力对抗拆迁、群体性事件、自焚事件的发生甚为频繁,可想而知职务犯罪在农村拆迁方面的危害甚大,使得基层政府失去了农民的信任,再加上拆迁中渗透了很多黑恶势力,恶化了农村良好的氛围与淳朴的风俗。因此,在农村房屋拆迁中做好职务犯罪预防工作不仅对纯洁基层政权中的党员干部有利,更是保障了被拆迁农户的合法权益。本文就如何改进农村房屋拆迁职务犯罪预防工作的不足,以及其改善措施进行分析研究,其结果如下。
