经过20世纪80年代中期至今近30年的发展,中国纳米科技队伍已经成为国际纳米科技界最为活跃的力量之一。这一发展历程经历了3个阶段,即纳米科学知识积累阶段、纳米科技创新系统形成阶段和创新价值链雏形阶段。为促进纳米科技创新系统的不断完善,今后应以促进产业目标实现为导向,重点推动系统各行为主体构建更为紧密的互动关系。
After nearly 30 years of development from the mid-1980s to the present, China’s nanotechnology team has become one of the most active forces in the international nanotechnology community. This course of development has gone through three stages, namely, the accumulation stage of nano-science knowledge, the formation stage of nanotechnology innovation system and the prototype phase of innovation value chain. In order to promote the continuous improvement of the nanotechnology innovation system, the future should be based on the promotion of industrial goals and the promotion of closer interaction between the actors in the system.
