现在很多孩子被照顾得太精细,自理能力很差,要想帮助他们,需要老师因人而异,寻找原因,制定相应的对策。最好是从孩子的兴趣爱好出发,引导和鼓励孩子在动手中获得发展。苗苗是我班上的一个自理能力较弱的孩子。吃饭时,她在座位上东张西望,等老师过来给她喂饭;午睡起床时,她也往往躺在床上,等老师过来帮她穿衣服。如果老师提出来,让她自己吃饭和穿衣,她常常不知所措,继而大哭起来。要帮助幼儿发展自理能力,没有一成不变或百试百灵的方法,必须针对每个幼儿采取相应的方法。这就要求老师不仅仅具有知识储备,还要肯动脑筋,有创意。
