本文报告了14例AIVR,其中2例在AIVR发作时心室率大于100次/min,1例猝死,另1例发生了典型的室速和室扑。结合文献讨论了AIVR的诊断,分型、发病机理以及预后和处理,强调AIVR时应密切观察伴发的或与其有关的严重室性心律失常;并赞同AIVR的心室率应以60～100次/分为标准。
In this paper, 14 cases of AIVR were reported. Among them, 2 cases had a ventricular rate greater than 100 beats / min at onset of AIVR, 1 sudden death and 1 typical ventricular tachycardia and ventricular flutter. The diagnosis, classification, pathogenesis, prognosis and treatment of AIVR were discussed in combination with the literature. AIVR should be closely observed with or associated with severe ventricular arrhythmias; and agree with AIVR ventricular rate should be 60 to 100 beats / Divided into standards.
