潜艇在海战中的作用已在历次海战中得到了证实。为了满足未来高新技术条件下作战的要求和对付日益发展的反潜力量,新一代潜艇必须更加寂静、多用途、不但能反舰、反潜和布雷,而且还要能与水面舰艇和空中力量联合作战。为此,它们必须配备先进的电子设备,只有配备了采用高新技术研制的新一代指控系统和作战系统才能有效地发挥潜艇的整体效能。近十多年来国外海军竞相发展新一代潜艇指控系统和作战系统并对已装舰的系统进行现代化改进,以适应新造舰和改装舰的需要。 本文介绍了八十年代中期研制的和正在研制的新一代潜艇指控系统和作战系统的概况、特点,八十年代中期研制系统的发展和未来发展趋势。
The role of submarines in naval battle has been confirmed in all previous naval battles. In order to meet the requirements of future high-tech operations and meet the growing anti-submarine forces, the new generation of submarines must be quieter and more versatile, not only capable of anti-ship, anti-submarine and mines but also capable of joint operations with surface ships and air power.
