金矿石的类型复杂且金含量低,因此分离富集金的方法便是分析矿石中金的方法关键,我们在I报中研究了泡沫塑料(以下简称泡塑)静态分离富集金,并提出了以丙酮为解脱剂。丙酮不仅在常温下可有效地将金解脱,而且可直接用硫代米蚩酮显色分光光度法测定金,从而大大简化了分析手续。本文研究用泡塑柱动态分离富集金的方法,使金的分离和富集效果进一步得到改善,操作更为简捷,并有利于将分离富集过程仪器化和自动化。
The type of gold ore is complex and its gold content is low. Therefore, the method of separating and enriching gold is the key to the method of analyzing gold in ore. We studied the static separation and enrichment of gold in foam (hereinafter referred to as foam) To acetone as a release agent. Acetone can not only liberate gold effectively at room temperature, but also directly measure the gold with thionomillone colorimetric spectrophotometry, thus greatly simplifying the analysis procedure. In this paper, the method of dynamic separation and enrichment of gold by plastic foam column is studied, the effect of separation and enrichment of gold is further improved, the operation is more simple, and instrumentation and automation of the separation and enrichment process are facilitated.
