本文报告1980年1月~1991年1月收治的14周岁以内儿童下肢长骨干骨折151例,随访92例。其中男性78例,女性14例。股骨75例,胫腓骨17例。随访时间12年2月到1年3月,平均4年11月。双下肢基本等长26例,患侧短12例,患侧长54例。作者认为影响胺体发育不等长的因素有:受伤时的年龄;骨折部位;骨折类型;合并伤;治疗的方法及达临床愈合时骨折对位情况等。除合并症影响功能外,其余的功能及外观均良好。
This article reports 151 cases of long bone fractures of lower extremities in children under 14 years of age from January 1980 to January 1991, followed up for 92 years. There were 78 males and 14 females. 75 cases of femur, 17 cases of tibia and fibula. Follow-up time from February 12 to March 1, an average of 4 years in November. The lower limbs were basically the same length of 26 cases, ipsilateral short 12 cases, ipsilateral long 54 cases. The authors believe that factors affecting unequal development of amine body are: the age at injury; fracture site; type of fracture; combined injury; treatment and up to the clinical healing fracture alignment. In addition to complications affect the function, the rest of the function and appearance are good.
