目的观察果糖二磷酸钠(FDP)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病合并心肌损害(HIM)的疗效。方法将46例 HIE 合并心肌损害的新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均为23例,常规吸氧、三对症、三支持治疗,观察组在此基础上加用 FDP250mg/(kg·d)用微量输液泵连续静脉滴注4~6h,疗程均为7~10d,观察两组患儿临床症状、体征消失时间和血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同功酶混合型(CPK-MB)恢复时间,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组23例临床症状、体征消失时间和血清LDH、CPK-MB 恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论果糖二磷酸钠治疗新生儿 HIE 合并心肌损害疗效肯定,且未见明显副作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of fructose diphosphate (FDP) in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy complicated with myocardial damage (HIM). Methods Forty-six neonates with HIE combined with myocardial damage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 23 cases in both groups were given routine oxygen inhalation, three symptomatic and three supportive therapy. On the basis of the above, FDP 250 mg / kg · D) continuous intravenous infusion with a small infusion pump 4 ~ 6h, the course of treatment were 7 ~ 10d, the clinical symptoms and signs disappeared in both groups were observed and serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase isoenzyme mixed (CPK-MB) recovery time, adverse reactions occurred. Results The clinical symptoms, the disappearance of signs and the recovery time of serum LDH and CPK-MB in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Fructose diphosphate treatment of neonatal HIE complicated with myocardial infarction positive effect, and no obvious side effects, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
