新课改以来,部分思想品德课教师在进行教学设计时注重过程设计,尤其注重方式方法和手段的创新设计,但对教学目标的反思研究不够。具体表现在:要么没有教学目标,教学随性偏离航向;要么尽管有教学目标却游离课标、脱离学情;要么教学目标符合课程标准却缺乏明确的行为指向和具体实在的内容。针对以上问题,切实增强思想品德课教师教学目标的反思研究,着力设计符合课程标准、教学内容和学情要求的适切目标,对于提升初中思想品德课教学的针对性和有效性,显得尤为迫切和重要。
