为迎接人世,中国政府需要对不符合WTO规则的政策法则进行调整,改变管理方式,为企业《包括外商企业)创造一个公平竞争的市场环境,以促进经济的增长和效益的提高。人世后中国经贸制度和政策将更加透明,实行关税约束,对大宗农产品实行关税配额管理,对工业品取消进口数量限制,也将逐步开放外经贸经营权的限制。
In order to meet the needs of the world, the Chinese government needs to adjust the policies and regulations that do not meet the WTO rules, change its management style and create a fair and competitive market environment for its enterprises, including foreign-funded enterprises, so as to promote economic growth and profitability. After the advent of the WTO, China’s economic and trade systems and policies will be more transparent, imposing tariff restrictions, implementing tariff quota management on bulk agricultural products, and lifting the restrictions on the number of imports of industrial products. The restrictions on foreign trade and economic cooperation will also be gradually liberalized.
