通过测定游泳运动前后大鼠血HL、肾皮质MDA含量、SOD活性及血浆尿酸和肌配含量,发现运动后即刻肾皮质MDA含量、血浆尿酸及肌酥含量显著增高,SOD活性轻度下降。运动后2h肾皮质MDA含量、血浆尿酸及肌研含量仍处于较高水平。提示运动中及恢复期存在肾组织缺血/再灌注引起的自由基损伤,由此对运动中肾小球滤过机能及运动后肾功能的恢复产生不良影响。在运动前后均喂服FDP可有效促进运动后2h肾功能的恢复,减少脂质过氧化造成的损伤,降低血尿酸、血肌研含量。
The blood levels of HL, renal cortical MDA, SOD activity, plasma uric acid and muscle content in rats before and after swimming were measured. The content of MDA, the content of uric acid and muscle in renal cortex were significantly increased and the activity of SOD decreased slightly after exercise. 2h after exercise, renal cortex MDA content, plasma uric acid and muscle content is still at a high level. Suggesting that during exercise and recovery there is free radical damage caused by renal ischemia / reperfusion, thereby adversely affecting glomerular filtration during exercise and recovery of renal function after exercise. Feeding FDP before and after exercise can effectively promote the recovery of renal function 2 hours after exercise, reduce the damage caused by lipid peroxidation, lower serum uric acid, blood muscle research content.
