为了实现保护生态与脱贫致富的双重目的,贵州省于2012年开始了新一轮的扶贫移民工程,将生活在高山、深山等地区的群众搬出,改变“一方水土养不起一方人”的局面。但是,移民搬迁不仅是简单的生活地点的改变,随之而变得还有生计方式、生活方式等。这些改变又会造成移民适应上的困难。在对薛家坪安置点调查研究后发现,移民在生计方式、生活方式上、闲暇生活上均有不适应的情况,笔者因此从政府和个人两个层面提出了调适建议。
