2016年以来,河钢邯钢连铸连轧厂紧紧围绕“市场”和“产品”两大主题,以高端客户需求倒逼产品档次升级,通过优化生产组织、强化生产设备管理、加强质量管控等措施,进一步提高薄规格产量。2016年10月1日—24日,该厂2.5 mm以下薄规格产量较9月份全月提高了20.9%,为提高创效能力创造了条件。
