国家能源局近日公布的《2014年市场监管工作要点》明确,在加强对电力市场监管工作之外,还将在年内研究出台《油气管网设施公平开放监管办法》和相关实施细则。去年11月份,《油气管网设施公平开放监管办法》完成了征求意见稿。
The “Key Points of Market Supervision in 2014” promulgated by the National Energy Administration recently has made it clear that in addition to stepping up supervision over the electricity market, it will also study and promulgate the “Regulation on Fair Opening of Oil and Gas Pipe Network Facilities” and relevant implementation rules during the year. In November last year, the “Measures for the Supervision of Fair Opening of Oil and Gas Pipeline Facilities” completed the draft for comments.
