以平菇、香菇、灵芝、真姬菇、银耳、杏鲍菇、金针菇7种常见菌草菌糠浸提液配制的培养基为试材,研究了其对竹荪菌丝生长的影响,进而对最适竹荪菌丝生长的菌糠进行水溶物质的提取。将该菌糠提取物配制的不同浓度梯度的培养基与PDA培养基进行对比,筛选出最适的菌糠提取物添加量,旨在研究出一种新式竹荪母种培养基。结果表明:以菌草灵芝菌糠浸提液作为培养基,竹荪菌丝生长速度快于其它菌糠与PDA培养基(P<0.01)。当向母种培养基中添加6g/L菌草灵芝菌糠提取物时,最适于竹荪菌丝的快速生长,且菌丝粗壮、洁白。
The medium of Pleurotus ostreatus, Shiitake mushroom, Ganoderma lucidum, Pleurotus nebrodensis, Tremella fuciformis, Pleurotus eryngii and Flammulina velutipes was used as test material to study its effect on the mycelium growth of Drosophila Water extractable substances were extracted from the fungus bran which is the most suitable for the growth of mycelium. The fungus bran extract prepared with different concentration gradient medium and PDA culture medium were compared to filter out the optimum amount of fungus bran extract to study a new type of embryonic mother-of-care medium. The results showed that mycelial growth of D. gondii was faster than that of other fungi bran and PDA medium (P <0.01). When 6g / L fungus Ganoderma lucidum fungus bran extract was added to the mother culture medium, it was most suitable for the rapid growth of the mycelium of Drosophila melanogaster, and the mycelium was thick and white.
