At present, most households use grain storage facilities such as wooden cabinets, ring seats, sacks and soil storehouses. These traditional facilities have poor airtightness and are hard to prevent the invasion of rats and insects. The annual grain storage method has caused an alarming loss of farmers from storing grain. According to incomplete statistics, nearly half of the country’s total grain output is stored by farmers themselves. The method of grain storage has generally lost more than 8% of grain. At present, the available domestic idle cultivated land resources are limited, reducing grain storage
