体育个性化教学改革是历史的必然选择,高校体育个性化教学要求转变以往的传统的应试教学模式,而把培养学生的体育综合运用能力和个性化自主学习能力作为大学体育教学的主要目标。本文首先从学生因素对于个性化教学的影响和教学管理因素对于个性化教学的影响两方面对影响高校体育个性化教学的因素进行了分析。其次,从教学层面实施个性化教学的趋势和教学管理层面实施个性化教学等方面对高校实施体育个性化教学进行探析,具有一定的参考价值。
Individualized teaching reform of sports is the inevitable choice of history. Individualized teaching of physical education in colleges and universities requires the change of the traditional examination-oriented teaching mode in the past. However, the cultivation of students’ ability of comprehensive utilization of sports and individualized learning ability are the main goals of college PE teaching. This article first analyzes the factors that affect individualized teaching of physical education in colleges and universities from two aspects of the influence of student factors on individualized teaching and the influence of teaching management on individualized teaching. Secondly, it is of some reference value to carry out the analysis of individualized teaching of physical education in colleges and universities in terms of the trend of individualized teaching in the teaching level and the individualized teaching in the teaching management level.
