政工工作是关系到企业能否和谐发展的重要内容,也是企业文化建设的重要支撑柱和发力点。传统的政工工作包括思想教育学习和组织生活两方面内容,随着我国社会的不断向前发展,企业政工工作也被赋予了具有时代特征的新内涵,与企业文化的结合也更加紧密,在整个企业文化建设过程中,具有十分重要的意义。本文从企业文化对企业发展的意义出发,发现政工工作在企业文化建设中具有不可或缺的作用,并具体阐述了政工工作对于建设健康积极的企业文化的重要意义。
Political work is related to the harmonious development of enterprises an important part of the building of enterprise culture is an important pillar and point of development. Traditional political work includes both ideological education and organizational life. With the continuous development of our society, the work of political work in enterprises has also been given new connotations with the characteristics of the times. The combination with the corporate culture has also become more and more closely integrated. The process of building corporate culture, has a very important significance. Based on the significance of corporate culture to the development of enterprises, this paper finds that political work plays an indispensable role in the construction of corporate culture, and expounds the importance of political work in building a healthy and positive corporate culture.
