随着长春市经济的增长,酒店业的快速发展,众多赛事和活动在长春举行,高星级酒店的地位举足轻重,而客房部作为酒店的基本设施和主体部分,客房部的运营模式直接影响着酒店的运行管理。客房收入的高低对酒店的经营至关重要,客房部高效运营模式可以带动其他部门设施设备的利用,给酒店带来更多的经济效益。本文根据对长春香格里拉大酒店、长春市净月益田喜来登酒店、长春市凯悦酒店进行横向比较分析,对顾客类型及需求进行分析,进而归纳出长春市高星级酒店客房部高效运营模式。
With the economic growth of Changchun City, the rapid development of the hotel industry, many events and activities held in Changchun, the status of high-star hotel plays a decisive role, and the Ministry of Rooms as the hotel’s basic facilities and the main part of the Ministry of Rooms operating mode directly affects Hotel operation and management. The level of room income is crucial to the operation of the hotel. The efficient operation mode of the guest room department can drive the utilization of facilities and facilities of other departments and bring more economic benefits to the hotel. Based on the horizontal comparison and analysis of Shangri-La Hotel, Changchun, Jingyi, Metrzen and Hyatt Regency Changchun, this paper analyzed the types and demands of customers, and then summarized the efficient operation mode of Changchun’s high-star hotel rooms.
