2009年12月1日,国务院下发《关于加快发展旅游业的意见》,首次提出把旅游业培育成国民经济战略性支柱产业,并作为新兴产业和经济增长点加以培育扶持。其中,首次提出要培育新的旅游消费热点,支持有条件的地区发展邮轮、游艇等新兴旅游;把邮轮、游艇等旅游装备制造业纳入国家鼓励类产业目录。游艇经济经过近两三年的积极推动,从悄无声息的发展,到逐渐浮出水面,开始登堂入室,并引起国家的关注和重视。游艇的神秘面纱正在逐步揭开,未来几年,游艇旅游将成为中国一项可以普及化蓬勃发展的有品位的水上休闲生活和运动。
On December 1, 2009, the State Council issued the Opinions on Speeding Up the Development of Tourism.
