On November 12, Oracle CEO Charles Phillips talked about Oracle’s innovation in his keynote address. Oracle’s innovation focuses on two aspects, namely, through the mergers and acquisitions innovation and through the technical architecture innovation. In terms of acquiring innovation through acquisitions, Charles said,
