电机(包括发电机和电动机)是工农业生产中量大面广的一种动力设备。据调查,目前国产的中小型电机噪声多在90~100dB(A),大型电机噪声均高达100dB(A)以上。电机噪声的治理往往在电机冷却风扇处加装消声装置,采取这种装置必须保证所增加的温升是在允许的范围内。本文从电机产生热量与散发热量的分析着手,通过合理设计消声器的结构和气流在电机表面的流速来提高电机散热效率,以解决温升增高间题。
Motor (including generators and motors) is a kind of power equipment with a large amount of industrial and agricultural production. According to the survey, the current domestic small and medium-sized motor noise more than 90 ~ 100dB (A), large motor noise up to 100dB (A) above. Motor noise control is often installed in the motor cooling fan noise reduction device to take this device must ensure that the increase in temperature is within the allowable range. This paper starts with the analysis of the heat generated by the motor and the heat dissipation. Through the rational design of the structure of the muffler and the flow velocity of the air flow on the surface of the motor, the cooling efficiency of the motor can be improved to solve the problem of the increase of temperature.
