患者:男,16岁,因阴茎部异物嵌顿半年于1988年11月22日入院。半年前因自觉“勃起频繁”,伴有遗精,而恐惧感日增,故将钢质螺帽套至阴茎根部希能抑制勃起。螺帽套入后,勃起时即有疼痛。自觉勃起短暂,次数减少,以为有效。此后阴茎日益“增粗”,曾多次企图自行取除,均因疼痛未能成功。住院前三日因发生排尿困难,强行取螺帽过程中皮肤破溃疼痛剧烈,由当地县医转入本院。
