随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,劳动用工也发生了深刻的变化,用工自由和自主择业主导了人才市场。这种由“统分统配”到“双向选择”的历史转变,迫使着所有求职者不得不打破旧有的思维定势,不得不接受另一种生活规则,这是一种真正意义上的蜕变。求职,就是求得未来。其成功与否,不仅与我们的生活质量有关,更与我们的理想追求相关。职场犹如商场,是一场不见硝烟战火的打拼。“不打无准备之战”,每一位想赢得最后胜利的求职者, 只有做好充分的求职准备才能大赢。这种准备包括思想的、物质的和心理的准备。
